Shipping 

Free shipping applies to all orders. 

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping.  We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.  

We currently only ship our products domestically in the USA. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live near us in New England, you'll get your products faster than if you live in Hawaii.  The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. 

We will do our best to ensure that the address you enter is valid and we are able to ship to it. However, please ensure the accuracy of your order; you are responsible for additional shipping charges incurred due to incorrect addresses.  

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You are responsible for any return shipping charges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.  To start a return, please contact us at marc@energyflask.com.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
